Meet Liberty

Hi, I’m Liberty! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation with a real person—not like you’re sitting across from someone with a clipboard analyzing everything you say.

I work with adults who are navigating life changes, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or simply realizing that something in their life isn’t working anymore. Sometimes that means healing from experiences that have been carried for years. Other times, it means figuring out who you are now, what you want next, and how to actually get there.

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’ll create space for the hard stuff, but I’m also not afraid to laugh with you. I believe you can take therapy seriously without every session feeling heavy. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are—messy thoughts, complicated feelings, dark humor and all.

As an LMFT, I bring professional training and clinical experience to our work, but I also bring authenticity. I’m not interested in being the therapist who sits silently and occasionally asks, “And how does that make you feel?” I’m engaged, I’ll ask questions, I’ll help you notice patterns, and when appropriate, I’ll challenge you to look at things a little differently.

Most importantly, I believe therapy should help you create meaningful change outside of the therapy room. My goal isn’t to tell you who you should be—it’s to help you better understand yourself, trust yourself, and build a life that feels more like your own.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, genuine, and willing to have the real conversations with you, we might be a great fit.

All About Therapy

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You can show up overwhelmed, unsure of what you need, or simply knowing that something in your life needs to change.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and realistic for your life. Therapy isn’t about telling you what to do or trying to “fix” you. It’s about helping you better understand yourself, develop tools for navigating difficult moments, and feel more confident in the choices you make.

Some sessions may involve working through painful experiences or challenging long-held beliefs. Others might be about relationships, boundaries, stress, major life transitions, or figuring out what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.

You don’t have to come to therapy with the right words, a perfectly defined goal, or even know exactly where to begin. We can figure that part out together.

Better Manage Stress

A Happier, Healthier You

Stress is a part of life, but it doesn’t have to feel like it’s running your life. When you’re constantly overwhelmed, even the smallest things can start to feel like too much.

In therapy, we’ll look at what’s contributing to your stress, how it’s affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life, and what you can do differently. Together, we’ll work on recognizing patterns, setting healthier boundaries, developing practical coping strategies, and finding ways to respond to difficult situations without becoming completely overwhelmed by them.

The goal isn’t to eliminate stress or pretend everything is fine. It’s to help you feel more equipped to handle what life throws your way—and a little more like yourself while doing it.

Boost Your Mood

Here For You

Sometimes you just don’t feel like yourself. You may feel disconnected, unmotivated, irritable, exhausted, or like the things you used to enjoy just don’t feel the same anymore.

Therapy gives you a place to slow down and explore what may be contributing to the way you’re feeling. Together, we’ll work to better understand your emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop strategies that support your emotional well-being.

You don’t have to force yourself to “think positive” or pretend everything is okay. The goal is to help you understand what you’re experiencing, reconnect with the things that matter to you, and begin taking meaningful steps toward feeling more like yourself again.

Improve Relationships

Quality Care

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives—and sometimes one of the most complicated. Whether you’re struggling with communication, setting boundaries, repeating the same relationship patterns, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about, therapy can help you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, needs, emotions, and patterns show up in your relationships. We can work on communicating more effectively, creating healthier boundaries, navigating conflict, and recognizing patterns that may no longer be serving you.

Healthy relationships aren’t about never disagreeing or getting everything right. They’re about feeling heard, respected, connected, and able to be yourself. Therapy can help you build stronger relationships with the people in your life—and a healthier relationship with yourself along the way.
